At Aglaea Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn’t perfect, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack with Care
Securely place your jewellery in its original branded box and velvet pouch to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
